Nadia and Masha stood up for their fellow Russians, their fellow women, and their fellow humans in their fight for Human Rights and Freedom of Speech.
I am proud to have been one of the first people last year to create a piece of visual art in support of Pussy Riot, and to raise funds through poster sales. I really believe in the power of visual communication to spread and promote a strong message, and will continue to create work to educate and inspire, and to further the causes I believe in.
